1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using CloudSyncTV, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Description of Service
CloudSyncTV provides a digital signage management platform that allows users to upload media and schedule content on connected display devices.
3. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly). Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
5. Cancellation and Data Retention
To cancel your subscription, you must submit a request via email to our support team at support@cloudsynctv.com.
- Access Retention: You will retain full access to your account and subscription features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.
- Data Retention Policy: Upon cancellation, your account data (including screens, uploaded media, and device configurations) will be securely retained for a period of 30 days. After this 30-day grace period, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
- No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
